Culture Recruitment are currently working with a West Midlands based client to help find a Head of HR Operations to join their team. You will be leading and managing the Operational HR Team and will deliver a high value service business partnering all areas of the business with their HR needs.
In this role you will…
* Support and Coach the Operational HR Team
* Be accountable for HR Business Partnering
* Design and Implementing the Firm's HR Framework
* Lead Plans, Projects, and Initiatives in all HR disciplines
* You will already have substantial experience of HR business partnering and have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* You will have previous experience managing people, coaching and developing them
* Ideally you will have Professional Services experience
* Preferably qualified to CIPD 7, and/or having completed a Masters in HRM or equivalent
* You will have a well-developed understanding of issues in relation to equality, diversity, and inclusion
* You will be confident using HR systems and databases and have IT capability including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
