Head of Learning & Development Programmes
Working at StrattonHR

Stratton HR works with entrepreneurial SMEs to provide strategic and tactical HR support to help them grow.

We understand SMEs and successfully scale HR best practice to meet the needs of entrepreneurial businesses, always providing value for money. Our clients vary hugely in terms of size, sector and issues, but what they all share is a genuine desire to grow. We often work with owner-led businesses who find themselves getting immersed in day-to-day management rather than focusing on their growth ambitions, or businesses which are in danger of stagnating as they can’t see how best to move to the next stage.

Our appropriately applied reviews and analysis can help to remove your barriers to growth and we provide the implementation support you need to help you achieve your plans. We are direct, open and honest throughout the process.

We are a true partner who can help you structure your business to grow and flourish.
