Our client is seeking a experienced recruiter who has a wealth of recruitment experience to assist them in building their blank canvas and growing a internal operation. You will be responsible for driving and managing the companies recruitment in house.
It is important that applicants must have previous recruitment experience and will be joining a high performing Legal company so it is imperative that you are highly motivated, driven and able to manage your own diary.
Manage the internal recruitment and working closely with all branches across the UK Overseeing 6 branches within the UK Working closely with the HR team Source candidates through social networking & company job boards Managing all internal vacancies Generating opportunities and referrals from existing candidates. Pre-screening candidates skills and suitability for job roles Advertising job adverts via multiple external job boards Generating candidate leads. Customer and candidate care. Proactive recruitment of candidates for forthcoming positions. Promote the companies brand to attract future candidates THE PACKAGE
