We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Assistant with previous experience of Human Resources administration to join our well-respected People and Culture team at Plan International UK.
You will play a key role in providing an efficient and responsive HR operational service to the organisation, covering recruitment, payroll and benefits administration as well as supporting on the provision of learning and organisational development services.
We are looking for someone who has strong recruitment and/or training administration experience and excellent planning and organisational skills, who is used to managing a very busy and varied workload.
You’ll have good written and verbal communication skills, a methodical approach and be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and accuracy, even when working under pressure. It is vital that you can demonstrate your commitment to a career in Human Resources or Learning and Development and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience.
