As the Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager you will be expected to:-
Oversee and manage all internal recruitment for this rapidly expanding company Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end process of all internal roles Focus on bringing high billing / sales consultants into the business Manage, motivate and inspire a team of internal recruiters Be used to managing your teams' targets and KPI's Lead from the front and help develop the Talent Acquisition on behalf of the company Provide an exceptional candidate experience to attract the very best people in the industry We can offer the Billing Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager:-
