The client, a growing technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking an Internal Recruiter to undertake significant recruitment requirements within the IT/Developer space.
Purpose of the role:
You will join initially as an internal recruiter but over time will have the ability to build a small team that you will oversee to assist with ongoing recruitment activities across the Developer Teams, as the business continues it's rapid growth plans.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and will need to work and collaborate well within a team. Working alongside the Head of Software Development, you will undertake recruitment activities across mostly Developer/Technical positions.
Requirements, Experience and Day to Day duties:-
· Experience recruiting in the IT/Technical space.
· Ideally experience working internally recruiting for multiple roles, or externally but still working at volume.
· Ability to develop and manage a small team.
· Ambitious, and motivated.
The role will never stand still, and you can grow and develop in the role, gaining more responsibility and projects to suit your personal development goals.

· Tech/Saas background or knowledge in Software/IT recruitment.
