Reporting to the People Manager, this role offers far reaching responsibilities across the core functions for the People Team and will involve recruitment and selection, management tracking, monthly payroll, attending employee relations meetings, Training & Development team planning, producing monthly reports and much much more! You’ll maintain the Staff handbook, be the Health & Safety guru, manage Benefits administration and manage the employer brand content on Social Media.
You are an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant with 2-3 years commercial experience . You are educated to degree level with ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. You absolutely love administration and have a desire to develop and offer first class support to the wider team. You have a proven ability to handle confidential information alongside a sound knowledge of HR legislation and experience in payroll processing. You’ll have strong MS Office skills with superb interpersonal & communication skills as well as a passion for HR. This is a wonderful opportunity and an interest in the business of football/sport would be nice to have!
