THE ROLE: The Senior HR Advisor will report into the HR Manager at the site and offer professional support and advice to the business units on a day to day basis. This role will involve working closely with the Operational and Manufacturing teams driving the people strategy ensuring succession planning, people development and change initiatives deliver a progressive business. Leading on change programmes and initiatives which support continuous improvement and development, using coaching skills, business acumen etc. Key areas for this role involve driving the people strategy and development with local management teams, provide sound and practical advice and support on policy and legal guidance, working along side the HRBP to improve an effective performance improvement and management culture. Support the HRBP to build constructive and effective IR on site, support all things HR in a full operational HR generalist role.
THE CANDIDATE: CIPD qualified. 'Experienced' HR professional with breadth of experience and knowledge in manufacturing and previously worked closely with operational Managers. Strong ER background. IR experience. Previously working in a operational HR generalist roles and has a good grounding in HR covering all areas of HR.
