We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join an established Travel company based in Essex.
Managing all company recruitment from start to finish – seeking candidates through social media, recruitment agencies, organising recruitment campaigns and attending job fairs.
Ensuring all candidate applications and recruitment activity is recorded Conduct vetting requirements, issuing contracts, requesting references and ensuring relevant paperwork and documentation is processed in a timely manner Agreeing timelines for recruitment campaigns and interviews Preparing internal and external adverts Sourcing adequate advertising media and placing advertisement to ensure best possible candidate response Ensuring advertising costs remain within budget and check and process invoices for payment when received Undertaking initial short listing/telephone screening of candidates and establishing strong relationships with them Consulting with hiring managers to ensure interviews are conducted in a timely manner, providing assistance where required Consult with hiring managers to confirm details of vacant posts, ensuring job descriptions and have been written correctly Establish and maintain working relationships with external candidate providers. Managing a balanced recruitment service delivery, engaging the services of specialist agencies or candidate sourcing services when needed and negotiating suitable fees Effectively communicating feedback to candidates, including offers and regrets Management of employee database and HR trackers Providing recruitment statistics/data in all recruitment related information systems and producing reports Assisting with the development of new and creative approaches to recruitment where appropriate and using a variety of electronic recruitment processing tools and systems to improve the candidate experience Responsible for all administration for starters/leavers including monthly reporting The role will also involve assisting with ad hoc HR projects and administrationExperience Required:
Experience working within a HR/Recruitment role Experience within the Travel Industry (Desirable) An understanding of online candidate management, recruitment database and job boards, assessment centres, psychometric testing and other best practice selection tools Strong relationship management skills Social media savvy Understand the importance of accurate and successful recruitmentPackage:
This is an Essex based opportunity, however you would only be required to attend the office twice a week and then able to work from home for the remaining three days.
Salary – £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience (negotiable)
